Protection of magistrates or acting magistrates


14. Protection of magistrates or acting magistrates

A magistrate or acting magistrate has in the performance of his or her duties
as a magistrate for the Court the same protection and immunity as a Judge of
the Supreme Court has in the performance of his or her duties as a Judge.
