Accountable undertaking

142. Accountable undertaking

If the Court finds a child guilty of an offence, whether indictable or
summary, the Court may, without conviction, dismiss the charge in accordance
with section 140, and order that on breach of the undertaking by the child,
the child be made accountable and dealt with for the breach under section 143.
