Suspension of order

196. Suspension of order



(1) If-





   (a)  a person in respect of whom a youth supervision order is in force is
        ill; or



   (b)  there are other exceptional circumstances-

the Secretary may suspend the operation of the order or any of the conditions
of the order.

(2) Any period of suspension under sub-section (1) is to be added to the
period of the youth supervision order for the purpose of calculating the time
of its expiry.
