212. Powers to take evidence etc.



The Youth Residential Board has and may exercise the powers conferred by
sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 20A, 21 and 21A of the Evidence Act 1958 as if the
Board were a body of persons to whom the Governor in Council has issued a
commission and the person presiding at meetings of the Board were the
president or chairman of the commission.
