Offence to harbour or conceal child A person must not in the knowledge that a child is absent without lawful authority or excuse from the place in which the child had been placed under an interim accommodation order, a custody to third party order or a supervised custody order or by the Secretary under section 124 or from the lawful custody of a member of the police force or other person- (a) harbour or conceal or assist in harbouring or concealing the child; or (b) prevent or assist in preventing the child from returning to that place or custody. Penalty: 15 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 months.
