Additional report


50. Additional report

If in any proceeding in which a disposition report is required under section
48(1) the Family Division is of the opinion that an additional report is
necessary to enable it to determine the proceeding, it may order the
preparation and submission to the Court of an additional report by-

   (a)  the Secretary; or





   (b)  the Secretary to the Department of Justice; or





   (c)  another person specified by the Court.
