Variation or revocation of undertaking

90. Variation or revocation of undertaking



(1) An application for a variation of an undertaking or of any conditions
contained in an undertaking or for the revocation of an undertaking may be
made to the Court by-

   (a)  the child; or

   (b)  the child's parent; or

   (c)  the person with whom the child is living.

(2) On an application under sub-section (1) the Court may-

   (a)  if the application is for a variation of an undertaking or of any
        conditions contained in an undertaking, vary the undertaking or any of
        the conditions contained in the undertaking or add or substitute a
        condition but must not extend the period of the undertaking; or

   (b)  if the application is for the revocation of an undertaking, revoke the
        undertaking.
