Variation or revocation of supervision order

94. Variation or revocation of supervision order



(1) An application for a variation of the conditions of a supervision order or
for the revocation of a supervision order may be made to the Court-

   (a)  by or on behalf of the child in respect of whom the order is made; or

   (b)  by a parent of the child; or

   (c)  by a person with whom the child is living; or

   (d)  by the Secretary.





(2) On an application under sub-section (1) the Court may-

   (a)  if the application is for a variation of the conditions of a
        supervision order, vary any of the conditions included in the order or
        add or substitute a condition but must not extend the period of the
        order; or

   (b)  if the application is for the revocation of a supervision order,
        revoke the order.
