51. Secretary may warn people to leave declared area



(1) The Secretary may warn any person (other than the owner of the land or a
person authorised in writing by the owner) to leave any part of-

   (a)  a Commonwealth Games venue; or

   (b)  a designated access area.

(2) For the purposes of section 9(1) of the Summary Offences Act 1966, the
Secretary is deemed to be the occupier of the land concerned in exercising a
power under subsection (1).
