Review of individual program plan

12. Review of individual program plan



(1) The Secretary or the designated officer as the case may be must review an
individual program plan as specified in the individual program plan to ensure
that it meets the current needs of the eligible person.

(2) The Secretary or the designated officer as the case may be must review an
individual program plan in consultation with-

   (a)  the eligible person; and

   (b)  unless section 11(5) applies, the primary carer of the
        eligible person; and

   (c)  any other persons the Secretary or the designated officer considers
        appropriate.



(3) The Secretary or the designated officer as the case may be may make any
amendments to the individual program plan that the Secretary or the
designated officer considers necessary as the result of a review under
sub-section (1).
