The Intellectual Disability Review Panel

27. The Intellectual Disability Review Panel



(1) There is established a body to be known as the
Intellectual Disability Review Panel.

(2) The Intellectual Disability Review Panel is constituted by-

   (a)  a President; and

   (b)  such other members as are necessary from time to time for the proper
        functioning of the Panel.

(3) Schedule 1 has effect with respect to members of the
Intellectual Disability Review Panel.
