13O. Land tax in respect of transmission easements a debt due to the State

Every sum payable by a transmission easement holder for tax under this Part in
respect of a transmission easement-

   (a)  is, when it falls due, deemed to be a debt due to the State; and

   (b)  must immediately be paid by the transmission easement holder to the
        Commissioner.
