Certificates18. Certificates (1) Upon- (a) granting registration to a person under this Part; or (b) renewing the registration of a person under this Part- the Board must issue a certificate of registration to that person. (2) The following particulars must be included on a certificate of registration- (a) any condition, limitation or restriction imposed on the registration of the practitioner; and (ab) any current endorsement referred to in section 9B; and (b) the prescribed information. (3) If a practitioner's registration under this Part has been suspended or cancelled, that practitioner must return her or his certificate of registration to the Board. Penalty: 20 penalty units. (4) If the Board notifies a medical practitioner of any condition, limitation or restriction it has imposed on the medical practitioner's registration, the medical practitioner must return the current certificate of registration to the Board for notation of that condition, limitation or restriction on the certificate. Penalty: 20 penalty units.
