Determinations


54. Determinations



(1) A determination made by a panel on a hearing comes into operation on its
making or at any later time stated in the determination.

(2) A determination of a panel is to have effect as if it were a determination
of the Board.

(3) If a fine is imposed by a panel it may be recovered by the Board as a debt
due to the Board.
