Medical students


64A. Medical students

A person is not entitled to have direct patient contact in a hospital or other
teaching facility as part of a course of medical study or medical training at
a medical school accredited by the Australian Medical Council unless the
person is a registered medical student or a registered medical practitioner
under this Act.
