Authorisations to sell or distribute tickets

14. Authorisations to sell or distribute tickets



If there is an approved ticket scheme for a declared event, the event
organiser must-

   (a)  ensure that any authorisation to sell or distribute tickets to the
        event on behalf of the event organiser is given in writing; and

   (b)  notify (in writing) the Minister of the name and contact details of
        each person who is, from time to time, given such an authorisation.
