36. Offence to hinder, obstruct or impersonate authorised officer



(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an
authorised officer who is exercising a power under this Part.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.

(2) A person who is not an authorised officer must not, in any way, hold
himself or herself out to be an authorised officer.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.
