Minister may revoke a declaration of an event (1) The Minister may revoke, in writing, a declaration of an event under section 8 if he or she considers it is appropriate to do so, whether the declaration applies to- (a) the holding of the event on a particular occasion only; or (b) the holding of the event generally (regardless of when or how often the event is held). (2) As soon as practicable after a declaration is revoked, the Minister must ensure that a copy of the revocation is- (a) given to the event organiser; and (b) published in the Government Gazette. __________________
