Use of toboggans, sleds, ski-bobs or inflatable devices

48. Use of toboggans, sleds, ski-bobs or inflatable devices



(1) A person must not in an alpine resort use a toboggan, sled, ski-bob or
inflatable device.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.

(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to a person who uses a toboggan, sled or
inflatable device in an alpine resort in an area that has been set aside under
regulation 10 where the use of those devices is permitted.
