Transitional provision

58. Transitional provision



(1) Despite the commencement of regulation 4, an authority given under
regulation 11 of the Alpine Resorts (General) Regulations 19961 and in force
immediately before the commencement of regulation 4 continues to have effect
for the period for which it was given as if it were an authority granted under
regulation 13 of these Regulations.

(2) Despite the commencement of regulation 4, an entry permit or other permit
issued under Part 4 of the Alpine Resorts (General) Regulations 19962, for the
1998 snow season and in force immediately before the commencement of
regulation 4 is deemed to have effect as if it were an entry permit or other
permit issued under Part 3 of these Regulations.
