Chairperson and acting Chairperson


6. Chairperson and acting Chairperson



(1) The Governor in Council must appoint one of the members to be Chairperson.

(2) If, for any reason, the Chairperson is unable to perform his or her
duties, the Secretary may appoint any member to be the Acting Chairperson for
up to 60 days with the same functions, duties and entitlements as the
Chairperson has under these Regulations.
