3. Extension of operation

The operation of the Printers and Newspapers (Fees) Regulations 1987 is
extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be
revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and
ending on 7 December 1998. _______________ ENDNOTES 1. General Information The
Subordinate Legislation (Printers and Newspapers (Fees) Regulations 1987 -
Extension of Operation) Regulations 1997, S.R. No. 141/1997 were made on 2
December 1997 by the Governor in Council under sections 5 and 28 of the
Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, No. 104/1994 and came into operation on 2
December 1997. The Subordinate Legislation (Printers and Newspapers (Fees)
Regulations 1987 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1997 will sunset 10
years after the day of making on 2 December 2007 (see section 5 of the
Subordinate Legislation Act 1994). 2. Table of Amendments There are no
amendments made to the Subordinate Legislation (Printers and Newspapers (Fees)
Regulations 1987 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1997 by statutory
