When an executor or
any person entitled to probate or administration is out of the jurisdiction or
is a member of the naval, military, or air forces of Her Majesty the Queen
(including a member of any medical corps nursing service attached to any of
the forces aforesaid) who is within the jurisdiction, but has some person
within the jurisdiction appointed under power of attorney to act for him,
administration may be granted to such attorney, but on behalf of the person
entitled thereto, and on such terms and conditions as the Court thinks fit.
