No will or codicil of
any deceased person shall be registered or receivable or admissible in
evidence, except in criminal proceedings, or upon application for probate or
letters of administration, or in proceedings relating to the validity of any
such will or codicil, or in proceedings under this Part, until probate or
letters of administration in respect of the estate comprised therein shall
have been issued or obtained.
