ARTS AND CULTURE TRUST ACT 2021 - SECT 19

19 .         Term of office

                A Board member —

            (a)         holds office for the period, not exceeding 4 years, specified in the instrument of appointment; and

            (b)         is eligible for reappointment once or more than once.
