Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts If the office of a
Board member becomes vacant because the Board member’s term of office
expires by effluxion of time, the Board member continues to be a Board member
during that vacancy until the earlier of the following —
(a) the
end of the period of 3 months immediately following the expiry of the term of
office;
(b) the
vacancy being filled;
(c) the
Board member resigning;
(d) the
Board member being removed from office under section 20.
