Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (2), the funds available for the purposes of enabling the Trust to
perform its functions under this or any other Act consist of money that is,
under this or any other Act, lawfully received by or made available to, the
Trust.
(2) If any money has
been accepted by the Trust upon trust or lawful condition, the Trust must
apply the money in accordance with the trust or condition.
