A court convicting a
person of an offence against this Act may, in addition to any other penalty,
order that any object to which the offence relates be forfeited to the Crown
for the use of the Minister, in consultation with the Committee, for the
purpose of the protection of Aboriginal heritage, and any order so made has
effect according to its tenor.
