Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (2), the Commission is entitled to recover from the funds of a
producers’ committee the Commission’s costs of conducting a poll
in relation to the producers’ committee.
(2) The amount the
Commission may recover under subsection (1) —
(a) for
a poll under section 10 or 11 — is the amount by which the costs of the
poll exceed the sum deposited with the Commission under section 10(5) for the
purposes of establishing the producers’ committee; and
(b) for
a poll under section 11B — is the amount by which the costs of the poll
exceed the sum deposited with the Commission under section 11B(4) for the
purposes of the poll.
