ALUMINA REFINERY AGREEMENT ACT 1961 - SECT 3

3 .         Approval and ratification of agreement

        (1)         The agreement is approved and ratified.

        (2)         Notwithstanding any other Act or law, the agreement shall be carried out and take effect, as though its provisions had been expressly enacted in this Act.
