Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) An application for
the issue or renewal of a licence is to be made to the Minister in the
prescribed form and manner and is to be accompanied by the prescribed fee and
any prescribed information.
(2) An applicant must
provide to the Minister any other information relating to the application that
the Minister reasonably requires for the proper consideration of the
application.
(3) An application for
the renewal of a licence must be made no later than 42 days before the day on
which the licence is due to expire or at such later time as the Minister,
having regard to section 10(2)(b), allows.
