(1) A judicial officer
or authorised officer may impose conditions on a grant of bail only to the
extent that he is authorised to do so by clause 2(3)(c) of Part C and Part D
of Schedule 1.
(2) Conditions imposed
on a grant of bail shall not be any more onerous on the accused than the
judicial officer or authorised officer considers is required in the public
interest having regard to the nature of the offence for which the accused is
in custody and the circumstances of the accused.
