BAIL ACT 1982 - SECT 63

63 .         Protection from personal liability

                A person shall not be liable in civil proceedings on account of anything done, or omitted to be done, by him in good faith in the course of carrying out any provision of this Act, or purporting to be so done or omitted; but the liability (if any) of any other person (including the State or the Commonwealth) as his employer is not affected by this section and shall be determined as if it had not been passed.
