(1) A JP to whom an
application is made under section 106 may issue a warrant, if satisfied that
there are reasonable grounds for believing that entry of the place is
necessary for a compliance purpose.
(2) An entry warrant
must contain the following information —
(a) a
reasonably particular description of the place to which it relates;
(b) a
reasonably particular description of the purposes for which entry to the place
is required;
(c) the
period in which it may be executed, which is not to exceed 7 days except for
action to be taken under section 118(2)(a) or (b);
(d) the
name of the JP who issued it;
(e) the
date and time when it was issued.
