(1) A permit authority
may, by notice in writing, revoke a building order at any time and must serve
each person to whom the order is directed with a copy of the notice.
(2) A permit authority
must, within 28 days of receiving a notification under section 112(3)(c)
—
(a)
decide whether the building order has been fully complied with; and
(b)
either revoke the building order or inform each person to whom the order is
directed that the building order remains in effect.
