Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A person who makes an
application for a declaration as defined in section 39(1) may apply to the
State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision of the Building
Commissioner —
(a) to
not declare that a building standard does not apply; or
(b) to
not declare that a building standard is modified; or
(c) as
to the modification of a building standard.
