Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person who is
served with a copy of a building order may apply to the State Administrative
Tribunal for a review of the decision of the permit authority —
(a) to
make the building order; or
(b) in
relation to a requirement of the order.
(2) The institution of
a proceeding for the review of a decision under subsection (1) in relation to
a building order other than a building order (emergency) stays the operation
of the order pending the determination of the proceeding.
