(1) A permit authority
must keep a register of all building permits, demolition permits, occupancy
permits and building approval certificates granted by it, and all building
orders made by it.
(2) The register must
be kept in an approved manner and form.
(3) A permit authority
must amend the register to reflect —
(a) the
variation or revocation of a condition of; or
(b) any
other change relating to the effect of,
a building permit, a
demolition permit, an occupancy permit, a building approval certificate or a
building order resulting from a decision of the permit authority or
information given to the permit authority.
(4) The State
Administrative Tribunal must provide to a permit authority sufficient
information to enable the permit authority to perform its functions under this
section in respect of the register.
