(1) In the absence of
evidence to the contrary, proof is not required in any proceedings for an
offence against this Act —
(a) that
the prosecutor is authorised to commence the prosecution; or
(b) that
a signature on the prosecution notice alleging the offence is the signature of
a person authorised to commence the prosecution.
(2) In the absence of
evidence to the contrary, proof is not required in any proceedings under this
Act that what purports to be a certificate under this Division is the
certificate that it purports to be, without proof of the signature or proof
that the person signing was a person who could give the certificate.
