Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) No civil or
criminal liability attaches to a person for compliance, or purported
compliance, in good faith, with a requirement of this Act.
(2) In particular, if
a person produces a record or other information as required under this Act, no
civil liability attaches to the person for producing the record or
information, whether the liability would arise under a contract or otherwise.
