(1) A building permit
document must be given to —
(a) the
person who is named as the builder on the building permit; and
(b) each
owner of the land on which the building or incidental structure is, or is
proposed to be, located; and
(c) the
applicant, if the applicant is not a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b);
and
(d) each
other prescribed person.
(2A) If a building
permit is granted on an uncertified application, a copy of the certificate of
design compliance must also be given to the applicant.
(2) A demolition
permit document must be given to —
(a) the
person who is named as the demolition contractor on the demolition permit; and
(b) each
owner of the land on which the building or incidental structure is located;
and
(c) the
applicant, if the applicant is not a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b);
and
(d) each
other prescribed person.
