Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The responsible
person in relation to a permit must, within 7 days of completion of the work,
or the stage of the work, for which the permit was granted, give notice of
completion to a relevant permit authority.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
(2) A notice of
completion must —
(a) be
in an approved form; and
(b)
state that the work, or the stage of the work, for which the permit was
granted, is completed; and
(c) be
accompanied by a copy of a certificate for each inspection or test mentioned
in section 25(3)(h) or (4)(f) that applies to the permit.
