Group in relation to the Native Title Claim), as each is defined in the
agreement, and the Kimberley Land Council Aboriginal Corporation, relating to
the establishment of a liquefied natural gas precinct in the vicinity of James
Price Point in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, and for incidental
and other purposes.
