Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person must not
use any prohibited device or prohibited method in the taking or disturbance of
fauna.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of
$50 000.
(2) An occupier of
land must not allow any prohibited device or prohibited method to be used in
the taking or disturbance of fauna on the land.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of
$50 000.
(3) An occupier of
land must not allow any prohibited device to be on the land if the occupier
knows or ought reasonably to know that it is to be used in the taking or
disturbance of fauna.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of
$50 000.
