Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Two or more local
governments may by agreement join in appointing, employing and remunerating
bush fire control officers for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Bush fire control
officers so appointed may exercise their powers and authorities and shall
perform their duties under this Act in each and every one of the districts of
the local governments which have joined in appointing them.
