(1) A justice of the
peace to whom an application is made under section 72 may issue a warrant, if
satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that entry and
inspection of the place are necessary for compliance purposes or an
investigation under section 9 or 19.
(2) An entry warrant
must contain the following information —
(a) a
reasonably particular description of the place to which it relates;
(b) a
reasonably particular description of the purposes for which entry to the place
is required;
(c) the
period, not exceeding 7 days, in which it may be executed;
(d) the
name of the justice of the peace who issued it;
(e) the
date and time when it was issued.
