paragraph (c) delete “abode.” and insert:

the regulations.
(2) In section 66(4)
delete the passage that begins with “partnership, by” and ends
with “State.” and insert:
partnership by —
(a)
being delivered to, left at, or posted in a prepaid letter to the registered
office or principal place of business in the State of the corporation,
company, or partnership; or
(b)
being sent by electronic communication (as defined in the
Electronic Transactions Act 2011 section 5(1)) in the manner provided for in
the regulations.
