127 .         Effect of registration

        (1)         On registration of the fine under section 126(1), subject to subsection (2), the Fines Registrar may enforce the fine under the Fines Enforcement Act as if it were registered under section 32(2)(a) or 32B of that Act.

        (2)         The Fines Registrar cannot apply for a warrant of commitment inquiry under the Fines Enforcement Act section 52N for the purpose of enforcing the fine.
