CROSS-BORDER JUSTICE ACT 2008 - SECT 19

19 .         Cross-border regions to be prescribed

                A cross-border region is a region that —

            (a)         straddles the border between the State and one or both of the other participating jurisdictions; and

            (b)         is prescribed by the regulations to be a cross-border region.
