Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) This section
applies to a person if sections 20 to 23 do not apply to the person.
(2) A person who is
required to do something under the law of a participating jurisdiction has a
connection with a cross-border region if —
(a) the
requirement is made of the person in the region; or
(b) the
requirement relates to an event, matter or thing in the region; or
(c) the
person ordinarily resides in the region.
